This summer, let the robots do the chores. One cleans the pool while you’re on the banana lounge, one mows the lawn while you’re at the cricket, and one does the floors while you sleep. Black Friday is a good time to hire them: pool robots and mowers are the standout buys, because the sales land just before the months you’ll use them most. Below are the robots worth buying, and how to make sure your deal is a real one: priced under what the maker charges, and sold by a seller its warranty covers.

ECOVACS DEEBOT T90 Omni
Our best robot vacuum and mop: 30,000Pa of suction and a roller mop with a 15mm lift. It beats the X8 MAX PRO on suction, mop lift and threshold height, per ECOVACS’ own figures.
Why this one →

Mammotion LUBA 3 AWD 1500
Laser mapping, all-wheel drive and up to 1,500m²: enough lawn for most suburban blocks, and your Saturday mornings back.
Why this one →

Aiper Scuba S1
Floor, walls and waterline for pools up to about 150m², cordless, with a 2-year warranty from Aiper. A mid-range price for a robot that does the walls and waterline too, not just the floor.
Why this one →
After window robots or pet tech? Every robot we cover is on our Black Friday deals page, with prices checked through the day and the time each one was checked.
Read the warranty, not the suction
The biggest suction figure can come with the shortest cover. ECOVACS’ T90 Omni gets 1 year as published. Its T50 family gets 2.
Buy for the lawn you’ve got
A bigger mower on sale is still a bigger mower. You’d be paying for lawn you don’t own.
Match it to your pool
Walls, waterline, pool size and pool type decide it. A skimmer only ever does the surface.
When is Black Friday 2026 in Australia?
Black Friday is Friday 27 November 2026, the day after US Thanksgiving, which Australia doesn’t celebrate but has happily adopted the shopping half of. Cyber Monday is Monday 30 November. Our deals page treats the four days as one sale.
Black Friday 2026 in Australia
Some deals don’t wait for the Friday. In October, Amazon Australia already had “Limited time deal” labels on several robots in this guide, including the DEEBOT T90 Omni and the WINBOT W1S. Our deals page shows them as they turn up.
The ACCC’s advice is to use the quiet weeks before the sale: it suggests shoppers “consider checking the prices now before sales start, so they can compare the price”. Boring, but it works.
Worth buying on Black Friday, and what to skip
Here’s how to tell a good deal from a dud before you hit buy.
- It’s the model you’d already shortlisted, and it suits your floors, lawn or pool
- The price beats what the maker charges on its own Australian store
- The model name on the listing matches yours, letter for letter
- The seller is one the brand’s warranty covers
- It’s a pool robot or a mower, and you’ll use it this summer
- You only want it because it’s on sale
- The only saving shown is against an “RRP”
- It’s a look-alike: PRO, MAX, Plus or a different number
- The seller is overseas, or one the brand’s warranty excludes
- It’s bigger, or does more, than your home needs
The RRP trap
An RRP tells you what someone would like you to think a robot is worth. It doesn’t tell you what anyone actually paid for it.
Illustration, not a real listing
33% OFF
The ACCC isn’t a fan either. After its 2024 Black Friday sweep it said an RRP comparison “may also be misleading if the business has not sold the product at the ‘RRP’ price recently, and for a reasonable period of time”, and that it had “seen examples of products that were ‘on sale’ selling for the same non-sale price.” In 2025 it named misleading was/now and strikethrough pricing as a focus.
So our deals page never shows a % off against an RRP. That rules out a lot. When we first checked in October, 28 of the 29 Amazon “savings” on the products we track were measured against one.
The other thing a sale price won’t tell you is how long the robot is covered. Across the machines in this guide, it ranges from one year to three.

Robot vacuums on Black Friday
Robot vacuums are the Black Friday robot Australians search for most, by a long way: about 4,400 Google searches for “black friday robot vacuum” last November, against 480 for “black friday pool cleaner”. More searches means more listings, and more listings means more chances to buy the wrong one.
The price is the easy bit. The two things that catch people out are the warranty and the model name.
Warranty first. Roborock gives 12 months as standard and 24 months to models on a named list. ECOVACS gives 1 year as standard, 2 years to the T50 family, and 2.5 years to a list that includes the X8 PRO OMNI and X2 OMNI. Its T90 Omni and X12S OmniCyclone aren’t on either longer list. iRobot gives 2 years on 2026 models and 1 year on 2025 models, and doesn’t say which Roomba is which. Helpful. Dreame gives 36 months on its X-series Ultra machines, but its Australian policy is written for robots bought from its own Australian store.
Then the name. ECOVACS in particular names its robots like it’s paid by the letter, and a sale listing is exactly where one extra word costs you.
Spot the difference
Same family name, different machine, different warranty.
The T50 family is the other one to watch. ECOVACS gives the “T50 Family” 2 years without listing who’s in it, and the names suggest the T50 Omni, T50 Pro Omni and T50 Max Pro Omni all belong. If the second year matters, get ECOVACS to confirm your model in writing. Roborock’s Qrevo L and Qrevo L Pro are the friendly pair: both are on the 24-month list. They’re still two different machines, so check you’re looking at the one you researched.
| Robot vacuum | Why it’s on our list | Australian warranty, as published |
|---|---|---|
| Roborock Qrevo L Pro | 18,500Pa and a 10mm mop lift, and on Roborock’s 24-month list by name | 24 months |
| ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 Omni | 81mm tall, for low couches and beds | 2 years, as the T50 family |
| ECOVACS DEEBOT T90 Omni | Our best robot vacuum and mop pick: 30,000Pa and a roller mop | 1 yearNot on ECOVACS’ longer lists |
| iRobot Roomba Plus 508 Combo | Our pet hair pick: the dock empties the bin, then washes and dries the mop pads | 2 years on 2026 models, 1 year on 2025 modelsAsk iRobot which this is |
| ECOVACS DEEBOT X12S OmniCyclone | From our new robot vacuums guide: the roller mop lifts 15mm on carpet and a cover closes over it | 1 yearNot on ECOVACS’ longer lists |
| Dreame X50 Ultra | One of the most-searched robot vacuums in Australia last November: a 6cm threshold climb and 20,000Pa | 36 monthsWhen bought from Dreame’s own Australian store. Anywhere else, ask the seller |
Skip a vacuum deal if the longer warranty is why you picked the machine and the listing is for its cousin.
Robot lawn mowers on Black Friday
A robot mower bought in late November gets to work straight away, right as summer starts. Your weekends start paying you back before Christmas.
The classic Black Friday mistake is buying more mower than you need because the bigger one has the bigger discount. Mowers are sold by the area they’re rated for, and the gap between a suburban lawn and a big rating is wider than it sounds.
Drawn to scale
Dashed blue: the lawn a Mammotion LUBA 3 AWD 5000 is rated for.
Green: a 450m² suburban lawn, house in the corner.
Measure yours on a free satellite map first. It takes ten minutes, and that number matters more than the discount.
Slope is the other limit. If your block has a real incline, read our guide to whether a robot mower will work on your lawn before you look at a single price.
Then the warranty, where the mower brands differ more than the vacuum brands do. eufy gives its robot mowers 24 months in Australia, with the base station, power adapter and battery pack at 2 years, and says its warranty “is restricted to the country of purchase.” ECOVACS states a “3-year warranty” on the Australian product pages for its GOAT O600 and GOAT A2000. Husqvarna gives 2 years on domestic Automowers, stretched to 5 on its 300 to 400 series if you buy the Cleaning Kit and have it serviced by a dealer every year.
Mammotion is the odd one out. It publishes 3 years for the LUBA 3, but ties the claim to the country of purchase, doesn’t name Australia, and publishes no Australian company. Three years is a lovely number. It’s worth knowing who you’d be calling.
| Robot mower | Why it’s on our list | Australian warranty, as published |
|---|---|---|
| eufy Robot Lawn Mower C15 | Smaller blocks in our robot mower guide: wire-free camera mapping, up to 500m² | 24 months |
| ECOVACS GOAT O600 RTK | RTK and AI vision, up to 600m² | 3 years, on ECOVACS’ Australian product page |
| Mammotion LUBA 3 AWD 1500 | Our pick for most suburban blocks: laser mapping, all-wheel drive, up to 1,500m² | 3 years as publishedTied to the country of purchase. Australia isn’t named |
| Mammotion LUBA 3 AWD 5000 | Big or sloping blocks: all-wheel drive, up to 5,000m² | 3 years as publishedTied to the country of purchase. Australia isn’t named |
Skip a mower deal if you haven’t measured your lawn yet. Measure first. Then shop.
Pool robots and skimmers on Black Friday
Pool robots have the best timing of the lot. The sale lands as swimming season starts, so a robot bought in late November cleans the pool during the months you’re actually in it, instead of sitting in the shed waiting for summer.
Before you look at a price, work out which job you need done.
Which job are you hiring for?
Two more questions. Is your pool in-ground or above-ground? Not every maker confirms both. And is the robot rated for your pool’s size? Our pool robot guide and solar skimmer guide cover the detail.
Pool robot warranties change by model, not just by brand. WYBOT gives 24 months to the C1, C2, C2 Vision, S2 family and S3, and 12 months to the F1 and B1. Take a WYBOT out of the country you bought it in and the shipping on a claim is on you. Beatbot gives 24 or 36 months, with the AquaSense 2 family and Sora 70 at 36, and says warranty service “is only available in the Beatbot service area where the product was purchased by you.” Aiper gives 12, 24 or 36 months, depending on the model.
| Pool robot | Why it’s on our list | Australian warranty, as published |
|---|---|---|
| Aiper Scuba S1 | Our Black Friday pool pick: floor, walls and waterline, for pools up to about 150m² | 2 years |
| WYBOT C1 | Best overall in our pool robot guide: floor, walls and waterline in a 150-minute cycle, for pools up to 150m² | 24 months |
| WYBOT B1 | WYBOT’s smallest underwater cleaner, for compact and plunge pools | 12 months |
| Beatbot Sora 70 | Cleans in five separate zones, which is what a large or oddly shaped pool needs | 36 months |
| Beatbot AquaSense 2 Pro | The only one in our pool guide that cleans and skims, rated to about 360m² | 36 months |
| Aiper EcoSurfer S2 | Solar-powered surface skimmer that runs continuously | 24 months |
Skip a pool robot deal if it’s rated for a smaller pool than yours, or you need the walls done and the listing doesn’t say it climbs. A discount fixes neither.
Window cleaning robots on Black Friday
The easiest decision on the page. The question isn’t which window robot, it’s whether your windows suit one at all: pane size, whether you can get to both sides, and whether there’s a powerpoint nearby. Our window robot guide sorts that out.
All three picks here are ECOVACS WINBOTs. ECOVACS’ standard warranty is 1 year; the WINBOT W1 PRO is on its 2-year list.
| Window robot | Why it’s on our list | Australian warranty, as published |
|---|---|---|
| ECOVACS WINBOT W1S | The everyday pick, with a battery that holds on in a power cut | 1 year |
| ECOVACS WINBOT W2 PRO Omni | Runs 110 minutes on battery, so upstairs windows don’t need a powerpoint | 1 year |
| ECOVACS WINBOT Lite | Rated for panes down to 25cm by 25cm, for units and narrow windows | 1 year |
Amazon or the maker’s own store?
A lot of these robots are sold in both places, often for the same money. Where we can check both, our deals page shows both. The orange button goes to the cheaper store that has it in stock, and the other one sits just underneath as an “Also at” link with its own price. On an equal price, the button goes to the store we list first for that product.
When the price is the same, choose on what isn’t. Delivery and returns belong to the seller. The warranty belongs to the brand, and some brands care where you bought: Roborock excludes a warranty “released by unauthorized dealer”, eufy restricts its warranty to the country of purchase, and Beatbot only services robots in the area they were bought.
If the longer warranty is part of why you’re buying, the brand’s own Australian store is the surest place to get it. Anywhere else, ask the seller which warranty it honours before you pay, and keep the answer somewhere you’ll find it in two years.
Warranty periods are what each manufacturer publishes for Australia. Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply on top of them. As the ACCC puts it, “These basic rights can last longer than a business’s warranty.”
The 30-second deal check
Print it, screenshot it, or stick it on the fridge next to the takeaway menus.
- Know your number. What does the maker charge on its own Australian store? That’s your reference, not the struck-through price.
- Ask what the saving is measured against. An earlier price for that exact item means something. An RRP often doesn’t.
- Read the model name twice. PRO, MAX, Plus, Omni and a changed number are all different machines.
- Check the seller. Is it one the brand’s warranty covers? An overseas store usually isn’t.
- Check the fit one last time. Floors for a vacuum, lawn size and slope for a mower, pool size and walls for a pool robot.
Our Black Friday robot deals page covers robot vacuums, mowers, pool and window robots and pet tech. Amazon prices update every hour and maker prices through the day, each with the time it was checked, and every card shows the Australian warranty.
Black Friday robot questions
When is Black Friday 2026 in Australia?
Friday 27 November 2026. Cyber Monday is Monday 30 November. Some deals start in the weeks before.
Is Black Friday a good time to buy a robot vacuum?
Yes, if you go in with your model picked. Choose the machine now, note what its maker charges on its own Australian store, and buy when a price beats that from a seller the brand’s warranty covers. Our top pick is the ECOVACS DEEBOT T90 Omni.
Should I buy a robot lawn mower on Black Friday?
Yes, the timing’s good: it arrives as summer starts. Buy the size your lawn needs, not the bigger model with the bigger discount, and check how the brand’s warranty works in Australia. eufy gives its mowers 24 months; Mammotion ties its warranty to the country of purchase and doesn’t name Australia.
Is a pool robot worth buying on Black Friday?
Yes, if it suits your pool. The sale lands as swimming season starts. Check the rated pool size, whether it cleans walls and the waterline, and that model’s own warranty: WYBOT and Aiper set the term model by model.
Is a Black Friday discount off the RRP a real saving?
Not necessarily. The ACCC has said an RRP comparison may be misleading if the business hasn’t sold the product at that price recently and for a reasonable period. A saving against an earlier price for the same item tells you more, and the maker’s own Australian price is the best reference of all.
Does it matter whether I buy on Amazon or from the maker?
For the warranty, it can. Roborock excludes a warranty promised by an unauthorised dealer, eufy restricts its warranty to the country of purchase, and Beatbot only services robots where they were bought. If the warranty matters, the brand’s own Australian store is the surest place to buy; anywhere else, ask the seller which warranty it honours. Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply either way when you buy from an Australian business.
Are Cyber Monday deals better than Black Friday deals?
There’s no way to know in advance, and it varies by store. Our deals page keeps checking prices every hour through both.
