The retailer you bought from, not ServiceBot. Since your order and payment go through them, that’s who handles the warranty, returns, and any issues with the item itself. Under Australian Consumer Law your rights sit with the seller, so check the retailer’s returns policy or the contact details in your order confirmation. If you’re not sure who that is, get in touch and we’ll help you track it down.

We compare real specs – suction, mop lift, slope rating, whatever actually matters for that category – and say plainly when something’s overpriced or missing a feature it should have. Some of our links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy through them. That doesn’t cost you anything extra, and it doesn’t change what we recommend.

Not directly – your order sits with the retailer you bought from, so tracking comes from them, usually by email or through your account on their site. If you can’t find it, the retailer’s customer service is the fastest way to sort it out.
