Description
- Australian stock: ECOVACS list this as the official Australian version, built for 220–240V and backed by their local service centre. They also say that centre only supports Australian-spec units, so buy this listing rather than an import.
- No boundary wire: It maps the lawn using satellite positioning (RTK) in the ECOVACS app. ECOVACS say setup takes about 10 minutes.
- Lawn size: Up to 600m².
- Slopes: Rated to a 45% gradient, which ECOVACS put at 24°. It also gets through gaps as narrow as 0.7m, handy for the side path between the house and the fence.
- Edges: ECOVACS say it cuts to within 10.5cm of a border. That still leaves a strip for the whipper snipper.
- Cutting height: 3–8cm, adjustable in 0.5cm steps from the app, with separate schedules for each zone.
- Battery: A 45-minute run and a 55-minute quick charge. That’s short, so it does a 600m² lawn in several trips back to the charger rather than one pass.
- In the box: This is the Care Kit version, which adds 24 spare blades and an RTK power adapter.
- Don’t buy this if: most of your lawn sits under big trees. RTK needs a clear view of the sky, and ECOVACS’ own LiDAR models get round that.
