Description
The iSkim Ultra is Beatbot’s most capable surface skimmer: it plans an S-shaped route, sweeps debris in with two side brushes and a 265mm front roller, and doses a clarifier into the water. It works the surface only.
- Basket: 9L, filtering debris down to 380μm, as published by Beatbot Australia.
- Power: 24W solar panel, 10,000mAh battery, and magnetic wireless charging. Beatbot Australia don’t publish a runtime per charge for the Ultra.
- Navigation: 20 sensors including tri-ultrasonic, planned S-path, one-click poolside parking.
- App: Beatbot app over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, with voice broadcast.
Beatbot note the water level should sit at least 10cm below the pool edge for full edge recognition, and that infinity pools do not allow pool scanning and edge cleaning.
Don’t buy this if warranty length matters most to you. The simpler Beatbot iSkim carries 3 years in Australia; the Ultra carries 2.
Australian warranty: 2 years on Beatbot Australia’s product page, and 24 months in the Australia column of Beatbot’s global warranty policy. Beatbot Australia sell a paid extension to 3, 4 or 5 years, bought within 30 days of the skimmer.
