Description
The other fisca dog, and the one that earns its keep on tricks rather than obedience. It walks and dances like the standard model, but it also does handstands and push-ups, which is the bit that actually gets a laugh out of a room of kids. Same handset control, same no-app approach, a little cheaper than its sibling.
- Handstands and push-ups: The reason to pick this one over the plain robotic dog.
- Handset control, no app: Nothing to download, no phone handed over, no account to make.
- Walks, dances and sings: With lights and sound, like the rest of the range.
- Rechargeable battery in the dog: Charges over USB.
- Sold by fisca’s own Australian store: Which is why it’s here and most robot dogs on Amazon aren’t. See below.
- fisca list it for ages 6 and up: Younger children can drive it, they just won’t get the programming.
Worth knowing before you buy: like the rest of fisca’s range, the remote takes AAA batteries that aren’t in the box, so buy a pack at the same time. The stunts also need a hard floor. On carpet it struggles to push itself up, which is the one thing you bought it for. If your house is carpeted throughout, the standard fisca robotic dog does everything else just as well and won’t disappoint anyone on Christmas morning.
