Description

The entry point into the current WINBOT range, and the one to look at if you want mapped window cleaning without the dock. Sold and shipped through the ECOVACS Australian store.

Cleaning modes

Five modes cover the situations most people actually run into: Deep for stubborn dirt, Fast for a quick refresh, Precision, Spot for targeting a specific mark, and Edge for the borders. Choosing the right mode matters more on glass than it does on floors, because a second pass is far more effort when the unit is on an upstairs window.

Navigation

WIN-SLAM 4.0 detects the window edges first and then plans a route, rather than working randomly across the glass. ECOVACS describe it as systematic path planning intended to reduce missed sections.

Where it sits in the range

The Lite is the cheapest current model, but note that the older W1S has been sitting below it on price. If the two are close when you look, the W1S is worth comparing on features rather than assuming newer means better.
