Description
The H40 vacuums, mops and empties its own bin. Xiaomi Australia’s specifications list a charging and mop-cleaning dock, with a water tank and a mop pad in the box.
- 10,000Pa suction, enough for grit in floor crevices and along skirting boards.
- Self-emptying: the dock collects dust into a 4L bag, in a station only 32.6cm tall.
- Laser mapping: it plans a route rather than bouncing at random, and works just as well in the dark.
- Anti-tangle brush: a V-shaped main brush designed to release long hair rather than wrap it.
On carpet: Xiaomi publish no mop-lift height for the H40, so check how it handles your carpet before running it with the mop attached.
Do not buy this if you want a robot with no mop at all. It ships with one.
