Description
NordVPN routes your traffic through its own servers so the sites you visit see that server address instead of the one your internet provider gave you. In Australia it runs servers in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney, which is what keeps local speeds usable.
It does not make you anonymous. Your browser still reports your time zone, language, operating system and screen to every site you open, and a VPN does not touch any of that.
